Riccoplast S.r.l. (hereafter “the Company”), in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 (“Decree 231/01”), has chosen to adopt an Organization, Management and Control Model (hereafter “Model”), with the aim of ensuring greater transparency and correctness in the performance of its business activities.
The Company recognizes the importance of a Model compliant with Decree 231/01 as an effective tool for raising awareness not only among its employees, but also among all collaborators and business partners (including customers, suppliers and Public Administrations). The aim is to promote correct and transparent behavior, in line with the ethical and social values of Riccoplast.
Through the adoption, effective implementation and dissemination of the Model, the Company pursues two main objectives:
1 - Create awareness in the potential perpetrator of illicit acts, highlighting how such behaviors are not only severely convicted, but also contrary to corporate values.
2 - Prevent the commission of crimes through constant monitoring of conduct, thus contributing to the creation of a culture of legality.
In addition to the primary objectives, the Model also represents a fundamental tool to
- Promote a corporate culture based on risk control and management.
- Safeguard the image and reputation of the Company to achieve these goals.
Riccoplast has carried out an in-depth analysis of its organizational structure and internal control system, verifying the alignment of existing procedures with the purposes of Decree 231/01. Furthermore, to strength the corporate culture oriented towards ethics and legality, the Company has adopted a Code of Ethics that clearly defines the principles and behaviors that all employees are required to follow.
The Model, the Code of Ethics, the principles of conduct and the control protocols are aimed at all those who work, in various capacities, on behalf and/or in the interest of the Company. Among the main recipients we find: directors, members of corporate bodies, top management (anyone who holds representative, management, administration, direction or control roles within the company), employees and external collaborators, regardless of the type of contract or position, including temporary workers, interns and seconded individuals.
