Whistleblowing - Reports of Irregularities
Whistleblowing is the reporting made by an individual who, in the performance of their duties within the organization to which they belong, becomes aware of an illicit act, an event that could constitute a crime, or in any case, irregular conduct, or a violation of internal regulations at Riccoplast.
In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and the Council, concerning the protection of individuals reporting violations of Union law and containing provisions on the protection of individuals reporting violations of national legislative provisions (Whistleblowing), Riccoplast provides the following reporting system to indicate irregularities or violations in specific regulatory areas. All concerned parties are required to report identified violations, providing motivation and details, to the Reporting Manager of the company using this system.
